Typical Installation C

This setup shows a track bed constructed between a path and a flower bed. Ballast depth approximately 25mm (1")

NOTE:-
SPACINGS OF FLEXIMOUNTS ARE FOR DEMONSTRATION PURPOSES ONLY.
SPACINGS CAN BE UP TO 2 METRES (6'-6")

1. Drill paving bricks, insert screw plug & sink into the ground ensuring the paving bricks are on correct sleeper fixing centers 2. Smooth ground around paving bricks & bank ground where needed
3. Using mesh (6mm galvanized mesh used in this example) lay on top of paving bricks and flatten ground. Bend edging up 90 degrees to suit, 25mm (1") shown. Mesh could be trapped under paving. Smooth ground around paving bricks & bank ground where needed 4. Attach Fleximounts to paving bricks trapping galvanized mesh
5. Drill track and assemble to Fleximounts 6. Apply ballast soak & tamper gently
7. Completed track assembly 8. Close up view of assembly stage 5
