This setup shows a track bed constructed on bark chipping's. Ballast
depth approximately 25mm (1")
| 1.
Drill paving bricks, insert screw plug & sink into the ground
ensuring paving bricks are on the correct sleeper fixing centers |
2.
Using mesh, 6mm (1/4") galvanized mesh used in this example,
bend edging back on itself (180 degrees) making a 10-12mm (3/8"
- 1/2") half circle. Trap mesh under Fleximount ensuring edging
is facing upwards. |

Apply ballast |
4.
Smooth out ensuring ballast is trapped in bent up return edges.
Soak & settle ballast with hose. |

return edge with small bark chipping's |
